Thank you notebooklm.google.com for the Joyalty* Moments of Magic created by the audio of my joy full paper ‘The new Loyalty Program is a Joyalty* Program’.
The 49 page paper with the eight planning principles and many use cases on Joyalty* Moments of Magic is now a 12 minute audio with the hosts delightfully discussing the principles and expressing their surprise and (dare I say it) 'joy' over some of the use cases shared in the paper.
- They crush it with their reflection of my planning principle - the ‘calendar of customer delight’.
- I love how they turn the Adore Beauty TimTam moment into an "adorable" expression
- They reflect on the McDonalds example of using order data from a hospital address to gift a free meal or as the hosts say it “…reading between the lines” to add a Moment of Magic.
And the audio continued to amaze me with so many more Moments of Magic from the paper with beautifully crafted quotes created by the LM.
Personally, how they bring it to a close, is absolute magic…

Joyalty* is word I found in the book 'Brand Currency by Steve Susi'. I loved it so much (for obvious reasons), I have borrowed it and redefined it to bring new meaning to loyalty programs and to inspire program managers to add a Joyalty* Program to their Loyalty Program! For those brands who choose not to have a Loyalty Program, consider a Joyalty* Program instead.)
